Joseph W. Marvin, CEO, President:

Mr. Marvin has over 28 years of experience in the Aerospace industry working for Defense contractors and as a government consultant on multiple DOD and NRO programs. ­­­He is the leader of PSG’s Programs and Systems Engineering Section. Mr. Marvin has significant experience in the highly technical areas of aerospace defense research, development and program acquisition both within the government and the Defense industry. Mr. Marvin has over two decades of systems engineering and program management experience on complex, “high tech” space programs involving software and hardware development and integration. He has relevant and directly applicable experience with customer relationships and customer satisfaction in the early development and planning phases of a program that includes support to legislative liaison and program development groups.

Mr. Marvin received a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and Business Administration from the American University in Los Angeles, CA as well as an Engineering Science degree from Arizona State University.
